No Bored Dogs Shipping Policy
Thank you for being a part of the No Bored Dogs community! To ensure a smooth, hassle-free shipping process for all members, please review our shipping policy below.
Puzzle Swap Club Shipping
- Shipping Coverage: No Bored Dogs offers nationwide shipping for all Puzzle Swap Club members. Each month, you’ll receive a box of enrichment puzzles directly to your doorstep.
- Return Shipping: We include a prepaid shipping label in each shipment for your convenience. Simply use this label to send back your gently used puzzles by the end of the month.
- Reusing Packaging: To make the return process easy, we encourage customers to use the original packaging to return puzzles. Reusing the packaging is also a great way to reduce waste and keep your returns simple!
Shipping Timeframes
- Outbound Shipping: To ensure each customer has a full month of enrichment, puzzle boxes ship during the last week of the current month, so they arrive by the start of the new month. Standard delivery times are 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
- Return Window: We ask customers to return their puzzles by the 5th of the following month, giving you close to a full month of use. Return shipments can be sent using the prepaid label provided in your box. If you encounter delays, please contact us to make alternate arrangements.
Missing or Damaged Packages
- Missing Outbound Shipments: If you do not receive your monthly puzzle box within the expected timeframe, please reach out to our customer service team within 5 business days. We will work with the carrier to locate or replace your package.
- Return Shipments: No Bored Dogs provides a prepaid shipping label and covers the cost of return shipping. However, customers are responsible for safely packing items for their return. We strongly encourage you to drop off return packages at the carrier’s physical location for secure processing and tracking.
- Lost Return Packages: While we make every effort to ensure smooth and reliable shipping, No Bored Dogs is not liable for return packages lost in transit. We recommend retaining a copy of your return tracking information for peace of mind.
Damaged Items
- Outbound Damages: If items in your monthly box arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your shipment, and we’ll arrange a replacement or solution at no cost to you.
- Return Condition: Please return puzzles in gently used condition. Excessive wear or damage to returned items may impact eligibility for future shipments.
General Shipping Policies
- Shipping Carriers: No Bored Dogs ships via major carriers, including USPS and UPS, depending on your location and the size of your order. Please use the carrier listed on your return label, which may be different than who delivered your box.
- Non-Refundable Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are covered by No Bored Dogs for return shipments; Customer's pay a flat $4.99 shipping fee for their monthly boxes. However, any special requests or additional shipping costs not covered by our standard policy will be the customer’s responsibility.
