No Bored Dogs Return and Refund Policy

At No Bored Dogs, our goal is to keep your dog engaged and happy with convenient, fresh enrichment solutions. To ensure a seamless experience for our Puzzle Swap Club members and local frozen enrichment customers, please review our return and refund policy below:

Puzzle Swap Club Returns & Refunds

  • Monthly Puzzle Returns: As a Puzzle Swap Club member, you are required to return your gently used puzzle games at the end of each month. Use the prepaid shipping label provided with each shipment to return your puzzles at the end of your 30 day window.
  • Non-Refundable Returns: This return is not a refundable transaction. Returned puzzles will be cleaned and sanitized for rotation, allowing you to receive a new selection of fresh puzzles each month.
  • Subscription Refunds: If you wish to cancel your subscription and have not yet received the upcoming monthly box, you may request a refund. Refunds are not issued once the monthly box has shipped.

Additional Disclaimers

  • Damage and Wear: Returned items should be gently used, with minimal signs of damage or excessive wear. Excessively damaged items may not qualify for rotation and may incur additional replacement fees.
  • Sanitation and Health Standards: All items are cleaned and sanitized before they are redistributed. We strive to maintain the highest health standards for all customers and their pets. However, No Bored Dogs is not liable for any issues resulting from customers' personal care of the products outside of our guidance.
  • Policy Amendments: No Bored Dogs reserves the right to amend this return and refund policy as needed. Customers will be notified of any significant changes affecting their subscriptions.
